1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and segi44 ("segi44", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the segi44 online gaming platform, accessible at segi44.one and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications ("the Service").

By registering an account, accessing the Service, or placing any wager on segi44, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use segi44. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the stipulated period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may maintain only one (1) segi44 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. segi44 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts; any such accounts discovered will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete registration information. Supplying false details constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your segi44 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• All activity conducted through your segi44 account, whether authorised by you or not, until you notify segi44 of any unauthorised access.
• Updating your account details promptly if your registered information changes — including your Malaysian phone number and email address used for security verification.

segi44 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, phone, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from segi44 requesting your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All financial transactions on segi44 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions apply:

• Deposits: The minimum deposit is RM 30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Deposits are credited to your segi44 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor. segi44 does not accept third-party deposits — funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals: All withdrawals are processed to verified payment methods only. segi44 will not process withdrawals to payment methods that differ from those used for deposit without additional verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated.
• KYC Requirement: Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. segi44 may also request re-verification at subsequent intervals or when processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Processing Time: segi44 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for verified accounts using supported Malaysian payment methods including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank, during normal operating hours. Actual transfer times may be subject to the policies of the receiving financial institution.
• Right to Withhold: segi44 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where fraud, money laundering, or Terms breach is suspected.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

segi44 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. The following general conditions apply to all segi44 promotions unless explicitly overridden in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are published in each promotion's individual terms.
• segi44 bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Any pattern of play deemed to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, collusion, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in the forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.
• segi44 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, payment method, or device is permitted. segi44 uses technical means to enforce this restriction.
• Players must opt in to promotional communications in accordance with the Privacy Policy to receive personalised bonus offers. Opting out does not affect access to the Service.

6. Betting Rules

All wagers placed on segi44 — whether on casino games, sports markets, Toto 4D, or any other product — are subject to the applicable product-specific rules published within the relevant section of the segi44 platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for the matter in question.

segi44 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed on the basis of:

• An obvious pricing error or technical malfunction that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed;
• Information obtained through insider knowledge or corruption;
• A system or software vulnerability, whether or not the player was aware of the vulnerability;
• Any circumstances constituting fraud or manipulation.

Decisions made by segi44 regarding the settlement of wagers are final, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure set out in these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on segi44 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Creating or using more than one segi44 account;
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or exploit game mechanics;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or underpayments for financial gain;
• Using the segi44 platform to launder money or to channel funds derived from criminal activity;
• Charging back or reversing legitimate deposits after using the deposited funds for wagering;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing segi44 staff or other platform users;
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other technical means.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the segi44 platform — including but not limited to the segi44 brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, databases, design elements, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of segi44 or its licensed suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any segi44 intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any segi44 content without express prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, segi44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from technical downtime.

segi44's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to segi44 in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

segi44 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary service unavailability for which segi44 accepts no liability beyond the applicable limitation above.

10. Responsible Gaming

segi44 is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following player protection tools, accessible from the Account Settings section after segi44 login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.

segi44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed;

• KYC documents provided are found to be falsified or insufficient;
• The player requests self-exclusion;
• The account has been dormant for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to applicable dormancy fee provisions;
• segi44 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach or fraud, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a commercially reasonable period, subject to KYC clearance.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is collected, processed, and stored by segi44 in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you consent to such processing. segi44 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under segi44's international gaming authority licence jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of Malaysia.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or the settlement of a wager, you must submit a formal complaint to segi44 customer support within 7 days of the disputed event. segi44 undertakes to investigate and respond to formal complaints within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by segi44's licencing authority.

14. Amendments to These Terms

segi44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on record at least 7 days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction. Continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using segi44 and request account closure.
